video, at the end of october
[A weird, half-dead sunflower seed with dilated eyes and sweat rolling down its shell appears, shouting at you from the clinic.]
THE VOTE IS CLOSE!!!!!!! VOTE FOR UMBREON NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[He grabs the Grumpearl with a vine.]
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT VOTING FOR LURANTIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[Nurse Chansey from the clinic visibly tries to wrestle the Grumpearl away from him. He shouts various curses that Emporio taught him. You may or may not have a headache now.]

[ Despite them both having arrived relatively early on in the days of arriving-offworlders, the Ring-Spirit has not yet run into Flowey. Or at least, that's what he thinks at first, but on scouring his memory... ]
oh, I think he once used the grumpearl network to announce he wished death on everyone in the Bay.
[ And then spent a lot of time trying to deny the fact he was feeling any sort of personal distress while still clarifying that he was not threatening to kill everyone. ]
seems prone to melodrama. this probably isn't all that important.

[ Oh dear, this sounds like kiddo's first internet presence to Dolly...this adds up big time with the melodrama and edgelord. Well teenager is gonna teen, at least that's what Dolly figures anyways. ]
Well..at least Flowey isn't using the Grumpearl network to spread conspiracy theories, that's a good bright side. Though he does look feverish enough to say some pretty wild things.
[ Dolly thinks for a bit as images of the surplus pierogis she ended up with for the game test run appears. ]
Would you like to go visit Flowey with me? Looks like he's at the clinic here and I ended up with too many pierogis so I can take some along for the visit.

sure, why not. if he's going to be blaring random outbursts into my head intermittently, might as well meet him. I'll be outside, walk to the clinic with you.
[ Sure enough, Dolly will find the Mimikyu from upstairs waiting down at street level, woolly red scarf wrapped snugly around his false neck. ]

[It doesn't take Dolly too long to get ready to head on out and sure enough meets up with the Ring-Spirit outside. Dolly's fur has definitely got the fluff factor going for the colder weather as she carries a basket of pierogis.]
[Dolly offers a smile as her ribbon feelers handle the basket.]
Ready to go see Flowey? He really looked delirious earlier.

[ His disguise's head bobs in agreement as he falls into step beside her. ]
So what's he like when he's not delirious? Just as loud, or...?

Flowey's a good kid, probably having a hard time with the change of things and just not sure how to respond when things go out of his control. Makes me think a bit of my younger batch sister, she had a similar temperament as Flowey growing up.
[Dolly glances a little to see how close the Ring-Spirit and herself were to the Clinic.]

All that said, what with them living in the lower ranking Lum housing, they started pretty close to the Clinic and center of town. They'll probably reach their destination just in time for the Ring-Spirit to finish his snack. ]
Hm. So you think he's still a kid, then? Or does he just remind you of one...?

[ It was incredibly nice to be within walking distances of the Clinic from the lower ranking Lum housing, the cool air making it rather pleasant to walk in.
It was very true, aislings from Tir Na Nog were somewhat melodramatic and definitely could be violent, her sister, Muin, especially. Flowey..Flowey is considered very mellow in comparison.]
If something like the elections for example, didn't go the way my siblings at that age had wanted, they'd have a freak out much like Flowey did with the pearl too. Being sick like that and getting worked up about elections likely wasn't doing him any favors.

But it's curious how invested he is with the election specifically... you think he was planning to move over there?
[ The Ring-Spirit had put some thought into his vote after all, but not nearly so much emotional investment! ]

[ Likewise, Dolly wasn't too emotionally involved with the election. Sure she pick the dread Lurantis to vote for, but to be fair...Malamar was running and that one was the real bullet to dodge. ]
[ Dolly shifts the basket a little as the Clinic becomes closer now. ] Hmm...after the visit, want to get a warm drink at one of the cafes? It's definitely getting a bit chillier outside.
