[This is a bit of a struggle, but Firepaw is doing his best. A very under-sized Litten is trying to put himself in frame, but he's a little awkwardly close.]

Um... hello. Can everyone hear me? My name is Firepaw, I'm- I was an apprentice of ThunderClan. Oh- and I used to be a cat, before I came here. A lot of you know me already, but... yes.

[Just going by his voice, it's pretty clear he's a kitten. Public speaking feels incredibly bad, even without a visible crowd.]

A few of you Twolegs - humans - have four legs now, and I wanted to offer help with getting used to that. I can teach you how to hunt and fight, or at least step lightly. I don't know much about our new powers, but we might be able to practice those together too. I can also help with learning different scents, since I think humans can't smell as well as cats, or... Pokemon. That might make gathering herbs and berries easier, too.

[One more thing which... feels like blasphemy for a cat, but he needs to do it.]

And... if anyone knows how to swim, I think I'd like to learn. If another storm comes with new folk, I want to be able to help them get to shore.

...I guess these things are pretty overwhelming, especially when the information is new...

[He's consciously trying as hard as possible to Not Send Images along now.]

...Mmn. There's a big map in the Archives, but it doesn't have a whole lot on it...the bay is noted, but everything else is sort of...vague wilderness.

There's bound to be something out there though.

Maybe no one else has explored that far. We might be able to help them figure out what's out there.

That does seem to be the case...I wouldn't say that the city is 'new' exactly, but it does seem a bit like the focus for the last chunk of time was on establishment more than exploration. It was definitely happening but...

We might be in different guilds, but maybe we can still go out and explore together. Maybe we'll find something useful!

[Just like every Clan kitten, Firepaw has a biological need to roam and adventure in dangerous areas. This is exactly why the older cats age so fast.]

...I mean statistically it looks like Lum is pretty small, so it makes sense to partner up...

That's probably a good idea, yeah. Um... I can ask one of the older folk if they can come with us.

[Some apprentices are more eager to explore without a guide, but Firepaw is much more cautious. Bringing an adult is a great idea.]

Oh- and I'll check the missions board for any postings; if it's an official exploration, there should be more to work with so that we don't get in any trouble.
