Audio;
Ren is in the clinic.
[Akechi's words are blunt, monotone, and he tries desperately to not any ripples of worry or distress slip through his thoughts.
Still, those focusing closely may still feel it. A tingling feeling like ants skittering across one's brain.]
I will be doing what I can to care for him. Obviously, I'm not clinic staff, but I owe him as much.
[Something like irritation starts to flare, but it fizzles out fast.]
I told him not to overdo it. Now he's going to fall even further behind.

[Hence the ripples of worry that permeate his words. Even if they both woke up, it's still concerning.]

So... how do you know it was overexertion that did it? I mean... I'm pretty sure Dork Heart's never overexerted himself in his life, but it still happened to him. And he's literally old.
[And A.B.A didn't seem to be overdoing it either, before the same sleep claimed her... But maybe Shoka misread them both, or missed some signs?]
Not saying that the overworking helped matters, obviously—and both of you need to take it easy once he wakes back up, and just in general—but... Maybe it was just a freak accident.
[This is apparently her clumsy attempt at offering some kind of reassurance.]

It's not impossible, but Ren has still struggled with recurring pain and restless sleep for months, unless I'm there to comfort him. When I spoke to Mightyena-san, she found it rather worrisome...
Truthfully, I've wondered if that when combined with his overexertion compounded the issue.
