[The grumpearl projects an image and this time it's of A.B.A, her chimeric form sprawled across one of Oran's many beds. She looks tired, more than usual, and especially for someone who's been out of commission for a couple of months.]

...It would appear that I've fallen ill. I'm...disappointed in myself, I don't fall ill, I'm supposed to be better than that. I survive, I rise, I'm supposed to be filled with potential. ...It's this body, it's weak, even now it's weak. Mightyena was kind enough to allow me back into the guild, and that's where I'll continue to recover. It feels bad... I feel bad...

[A pause.]

...I was aware throughout most of it, at least...I think I was. A lot of it amalgamated with my thoughts, swirling, like a dream. ....I know some of you were there, although it's possible that was also part of the dream. You should tell me if you were actually there or not, s-so I know what the reality really was. Please say you were there...

What else... Oh!

Before I succumbed, a very rude mongoose was able to tell me what my Pokémon species is called. She called it Type: Full. I like that...

[At this point, A.B.A isn't sure how to end her message, her stray thoughts just sort of...slipping out.]

I'm not sure what else to say...

I'm hungry. I can't buy snacks stuck in bed...

I can scrounge something up.

[And indeed they do! Not too terribly long after, Siffrin is at the entrance to A.B.A's room. (They only got lost in the Oran quarters a little bit.) They're carrying a package very like the ones the two of them were handing out at the clinic back then.]

Delivery for a Weedle, [they say, and wink.]

[They look... a lot more scrungly and ungroomed than the last time A.B.A would have seen them. But there's a bit of a brighter spark in their good eye, which means this is also probably the best they've looked all this month.]

[There they are. A.B.A's surprised by how quickly Siffrin actually came, especially for someone not in the guild. Did...they like her that much from that first impression alone? That's...sweet.

She's a little worried about their disheveled appearance, but she chalks it up to the bad weather.]

[They look around the room exaggeratedly.] No Weedles in here... I must have the wrong room.

I guess I'll have to keep looking for where I should bring these snacks...

[Ah. that's right. They were really bad at giving everyone the right food, weren't they? Either this is some sort of...act? Or Siffrin truly is just THIS bad at delivering food.]

No, wait, you were here first! You should still give them to me...

[Imaginary Weedle can get their own snacks.]

[Since Oran Berry beds are big enough to share, Siffrin will hop up next to A.B.A to deposit the package, nosing it open and nudging it over.]

[They've brought some of their Cheri guild rations, which were the easiest for them to grab on short notice - particularly when the constant rain has meant things in town are kind of a hit and miss for being open. Hopefully Shinx food is also suitable for Silvallys Type:Fulls! Notably it is definitely not Weedle food.]

I guess Weedle can share.

[Thankfully A.B.A was blessed with surprisingly prehensile talons, so she's able to open the package with ease. There's a sharp glare in her eyes, but it doesn't appear to be directed at the little Shinx. Instead, she makes a show of grabbing a large amount of food in one quick grasp.]

Weedle can starve.

[Despite the sharpness in her voice, there's a small hint of something trying to be humor.]
