[They are totally fine and calm and normal. Absolutely.]

Oh - which of them? Though, the answer is largely the same for Palkia and Dialga, at least. They protect the region against serious threats! Of course, threats enough to require their intervention are not common. Until recently, they were far more the stuff of myth!

[It's so basic that Ingo normally would not have thought to comment here at all, or even connected the two...except that with Emmet here, one of his longest-held desires has come true. Ingo knows he did not come here because he wanted it. This was not what he had in mind. Still, the coincidence has always struck him as unlikely...]
