[ parvati's in her room, you think. it's a simple space. it isn't messy, but it isn't exactly clean either. there's a lot of things just scattered about; a few fledgeling plants in messy and lopsided clay pots, multiple toolsets, and various parts and knicknacks that are presumably for her use later. there's a large beanbag next to her window, and multiple shelves lined with trinkets. some that probably stand out are a wooden statuette of tenna t-posing (?), a crochet snow-pikachu, and a neatly folded scarf that inexplicably looks like a long bacon.
parvati herself is close to the pearl, that she's propped up on her small table that's covered in even more random parts she's acquired, and never used nor put away. screws, bolts, some rough equivalent to bobby pins she's found, hair ties...
she's shuffling in her seat, grinning from ear-to-eardoes she even have ears in excitement about something she's holding out of frame. ]
Guys! Look what I found! [ whatever she's holding doesn't remain a mystery for long - she pulls it into frame and holds it up to the aperture. it's a picture of two women, in a hexagonal frame. ] No clue how it got here, but I had this! In my room! Back home!
[ a wistful sigh. she points to the woman sitting. ] That's what I look like. Looked like. [ her finger then moves to the woman who is standing. ] And that's Junlei! My girlfriend!
[ her glee is almost childlike. ]

[ she remembers this sort of conversation flying across marketing groups they traipsed past in byzantium. the acronym is more inviting, there's better synergy, and so forth. a bunch of marketing jargon she doesn't really get. emails don't have character limits anymore so she doesn't get the point of it unless you're in a hurry (or trying to be covery, she supposes). but to say them out loud? eugh. ]
Like, you ain't typing a message. You don't gotta shorten it.

[his voice is almost a little whiny when he says it. c'moooon, it's the vibe! the vibe! synergy!]
And hey, hey, ain't is shortening words too! There's nothing wrong with keeping it cute.

Still, you're talkin' like a rushed email.

[he puts on a sheepish act, trying to move the point along—]
Aaaanyway, uh, so, you got this picture how, exactly? If you dont mind me asking?

[ before she got here, if she had to guess. she can't remember firoza without her shield at all. she adjusts her goggles sheepishly. ]
I know some folks got their stuff back over the holidays, still don't know how they got my clothes.

[a pause, a blink, and—]
Iii didn't mean that in a weird way? I just, uh, I'm still not used to the not-having-clothes thing, sorry.

[ she tilts her head to the side in thought. ]

Overalls might be more your fit than mine, but Iiii do think they count as pants, yeah.
[god he's gotta get himself some.]

Most of this is stuff I had back home. I don't want to think too hard about how the folks who sent it managed to get it.
[ no. seriously. she joked about them shrinking her clothes in the wash but the more she actually thinks about it the more it just makes her head spin. ] I'm sure somebody around town might be able to make you somethin' in the meantime. You been keeping warm?

[he plays with the tufts of wooly fur on his wrists, tilting his head to show it's also on those long ears of his, which have been pulled back as if they're a low ponytail.]
I didn't even know bunnies made winter coats, but I'm basically like, never cold. You'd think it's not enough, but it's JUST like this sweater I had back home? Except waaay more comfy.
Came reeeal in handy when I showed up in the middle of a snowstorm. Brrr.

[ she leans to the side a little, hands in her lap. ] I'm sure if you spoke to Firoza she'd be happy to make you something. She made me a scarf.
