[ parvati's in her room, you think. it's a simple space. it isn't messy, but it isn't exactly clean either. there's a lot of things just scattered about; a few fledgeling plants in messy and lopsided clay pots, multiple toolsets, and various parts and knicknacks that are presumably for her use later. there's a large beanbag next to her window, and multiple shelves lined with trinkets. some that probably stand out are a wooden statuette of tenna t-posing (?), a crochet snow-pikachu, and a neatly folded scarf that inexplicably looks like a long bacon.
parvati herself is close to the pearl, that she's propped up on her small table that's covered in even more random parts she's acquired, and never used nor put away. screws, bolts, some rough equivalent to bobby pins she's found, hair ties...
she's shuffling in her seat, grinning from ear-to-eardoes she even have ears in excitement about something she's holding out of frame. ]
Guys! Look what I found! [ whatever she's holding doesn't remain a mystery for long - she pulls it into frame and holds it up to the aperture. it's a picture of two women, in a hexagonal frame. ] No clue how it got here, but I had this! In my room! Back home!
[ a wistful sigh. she points to the woman sitting. ] That's what I look like. Looked like. [ her finger then moves to the woman who is standing. ] And that's Junlei! My girlfriend!
[ her glee is almost childlike. ]

[ also, those terrible poems made parvati so down horrendous for junlei it genuinely made her look stupid. ]

Have you ever tried writing poetry back?

[ she tilts her head to the side. ] You should see hers, though. Her rhymes were pretty bad, but she wrote all of those for me.

[There's a melancholy in those words that suggests that "one day" doesn't just mean leaving Bottlecap Bay.]

[ no matter how long that takes, whether it's by just getting out of the bay or whatever he needs to do back home. ]
You sound a lot more... wise, when you're in the dark. [ far less dopey than their previous encounters. ]

[Kinger gestures around him, or at least whips his head around in a way that seems like it. Because of Kinger's small size, one pillow makes up almost an entire wall of the fort on its own, which helps with how little space there is.]
