I have thought about it from time to time. Luckily, most of my friends aren't exactly quiet or shy. I'll find out if they end up here, one way or another! I definitely do have thoughts on who might be what, though. Like how Hiragi might end up as a rock or steel type, because he's not just tough, but he's got a rigid moral backbone. That's a lot of why I wanted him to be my friend in the first place~!

[He wanted someone who wouldn't be afraid to punch him if he was deviating from the good intentions he started out with.]

The younger students are also really interesting to think about what they might be. Sakura, he'd probably be a Litten or something. Though it'd be easy to think of how many Furin students could be Fighting types, given the givens.

The one who I think would struggle the most coming here would probably be Tsubaki, because he's spent so much time becoming who he wants to be, like physically in terms of appearance. I think being changed into a Pokemon would kinda fuck with him.

A friend who's just like a rock... C-Cool...

[Aegiomon begins to wonder if there's a rock AND steel-type Pokémon this Hiragi could become. It sounds like an amazing type combo that could stand up to anything and couldn't possibly have a million weaknesses.

Students, huh? So is "Furin" a school where people learn to fight or something? Sorry, I don't know a whole lot about schools...

It's sort of an awful school, and I'm not sure anyone's there to really learn anything, but I love it. Like, it's supposed to be a traditional high school for boys, but it's got some of the lowest test grades in the whole country and mostly delinquents go there.

Well. I had plans to make the school--and the town it was in--better, with my friends' help. To bridge the gap and make the situation better for everyone.

Before I arrived here, I was doing a pretty good job of it, too.

If I had a few of my friends here, I'd be tempted to be more proactive, maybe, about how things could be better here.

[Aegiomon hesitates. Although Ume's modest response surprises him at first...he totally gets it, and he can't believe he jumped to the hero thing right away. Maybe he just got excited. Maybe he just wanted to think he was talking to an anime hero.]

S-Sorry, but still...! I think that's really, really cool. I wish more people wanted to make things better for everyone... Even just a little bit. And...! I think you already helped a lot so far! If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be learning how to track scents.

N-No, not yet. It's not my fault, though! My leaves carry a really strong scent, so I'm still not used to sniffing past them! But...if I focus really hard, I can usually find what I'm looking for.

The soft voice reminds him enough of Chopper to keep him from instantly yelling at the kid for being stupid worrying about pointless things. For now. He gives the pudding another stir with the spoon in his teeth before responding. It's just voice. He's too tired to figure out anything fancy.]

Sometimes. I got a stupid captain back home that literally has "monkey" in the name, so he might be one of those Aipom things?? Like I didn't have a hard enough time keeping his damn grabby hands off the food. Tch. [His face darkens, not that it can be seen.] ...wouldn't mind him causing a ruckus about now though. Annoying as hell, but at least he'd be here, y'know? [....the homesickness, melancholy, whatever it is, is contagious...

Would they be happy? Ha.] Hard to get someone like Luffy down. The rest of my crew...would need some time to adjust I think. But him? Heh. I think he could be turned into a peanut and still find a way to become the King of the Pirates. [If he survived that shit in Sabaody, anyway....but it's best not to think like that. Luffy is Luffy. If anyone could survive that...Luffy can.]

[A rubber monkey captain? Hm. ...Honestly, sounds like a Digimon, no context needed. Carry on.

Or...if this donut dog is real, then it sounds like a Pokémon, too. Honestly, he's more worried about them kicking each other around...]

[ He's so used to his thoughts being image free on this thing, but now he's just thinking about her even more. What a fucking disaster. ]

That first Pokémon was kinda pretty, I thought it fit.

Y'know, I could see Inori being a snow Ninetales, too. I think that's why I wanted to know more about her so badly... I think...I think it's cool that we both have really good friends like that...

[Wait, no, that wasn't dialing back at all.]

[ That was a rather intriguing question as Dolly goes to think a bit. The image of her friend, Caspian, appeared briefly before turning into a Cetitan. This was insanely fitting in more ways than Dolly could even realize. ]

I don't know what I'd do if I encountered someone that I know here, but, goodness, Caspian, I feel like would be that giant walking whale Pokemon. They were pretty tall and built like a brick wall, I think that one would be the Pokemon Caspian would end up being if he were there.

[Seeing her friend turn into a Cetitan in his mind is pretty alarming, but...in a fun way. Aegiomon chuckles a little. He needed that.]

Heh, I bet it'd be pretty funny to see them try to walk around like that. I don't think I've ever seen that Pokémon before... It's kinda like a giant ball with legs!

[Said Aegiomon, who comes from a world where several variations of Mamemon exist.]

You think they'd be able to handle it?

[It was pretty funny to watch her mental image of a friend turn into a friend shaped whale ball is pretty fun as Dolly chuckles along.]

It really would be pretty funny to try and watch them try to walk around with the tiny legs. I've been hearing about them over at the archives, they're pretty neat. Like I never would've thought that walking whales would be a real thing here.

[ Dolly smiles softly as she hears the question though. ]

I think Caspian would do well here, they've adapted to a lot of things from his travels as a storyteller.

[ Poor Dolly has no clue about the mercenary part though, oops. ]

I wonder how big they are... The whales I know were big enough to ride in their mouth... Something THAT big would have a hard time walking on land, right? They gotta be smaller.

I wonder too, I think you're right on the money that they'd be smaller to walk on land like that, gravity would've been too much otherwise. I'd guess about as tall as one of the trees in the forest possibly.

[ It is weird to think of Caspian as small as they were about 6'0", a monster size for an ahuizotl....would he actually be bigger? The biggest friend shape out there? ]
