Whaaat? Isn't helping each other as much as we can more beneficial than taking up excess resources before we have any need for them?

Maybe I got it wrong? I thought everyone knew me because I treated them personally, but maybe I was famous and didn't know it? That's no good! If it were just my hospitals, I thought my nurses could fill in for me while I'm gone. If I'm supposed to be famous, will people be let down??
